General Manager

General Manager — New Realm Brewing Co. | Atlanta, GA

New Realm Brewing Co. is searching for an experienced General Manager to lead all food and beverage operations at our high-volume, multi-concept hospitality venue in Atlanta. Our property features a full-service kitchen, multiple event spaces, a rooftop bar, a beer garden, with a schedule full of live music, events, and festivals.

What You'll Do

• Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a large team across departments
• Coordinate and strategize on events for operational consistency
• Drive revenue through sales strategy, menu development, and promotional initiatives
• Manage budgets, labor, payroll, and controllable expenses to meet or exceed goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and all regulatory standards
• Set the standard on the floor — lead pre-meal briefings and maintain service excellence

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume environment ($5M+ annual sales)
• Proven experience with special events, live entertainment, and multi-space operations
• Strong financial acumen — P&L, forecasting, labor management, and inventory control
• High School diploma required; bachelor's or hospitality management degree preferred
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certifications as required by local/state law
• A genuine passion for craft food, beverage, and guest experience
